  • I won this book in a drawing on a website and it taught me so very much about the science behind gluten free cooking and the WHY behind why it works for some people.  There are a ton of resources in this book that set the foundations for how I do things in my cooking.  I highly recommend it.
 
 
 
 
 
  • Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free products   I have found that the taste and reliability of product has been the best from this company.  Once you find several go-to recipes that you make often I would recommend buying their larger quantities for a price advantage... or going together with someone else to do so.
