A soft, moist, biscuit-type crust for anything from pizza to quiche. Works well in a 9X13 pan!
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup rice flour
2/3 cup 2% low-fat milk
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp spices (italian)
1 dash garlic powder (salt)
1 TBSP apple cider vinegar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
1. Mix gently, do not over-beat (batter will be runny).
2. Pour batter into greased pizza pan.
3. Bake at 425F for 10 minutes.
4. Remove from oven, add sauce and your favorite toppings and bake an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and slightly brown.
